A Native of Massachusetts, Kaitlyn lives by the mantra “A stranger is just a friend you haven’t met yet.” A 15-year veteran in the customer service industry, Kaitlyn brings her experience in concierge, as a travel destination expert and agent, and event planning to Team Revel. If superlatives were a thing here, we’d crown Kaitlyn with Most Likely to Brighten Your Day. Her infectious personality and fierce competitive streak at board games consistently deems her the cribbage champion. When Kaitlyn steps away from the board and puts the cards down, she enjoys furniture picking and sewing projects.
