Kate is the ever-steady voice of reason and a savant at process optimization, integration and implementation – basically, she is the “how” to our “what.” Cool as a cuke under pressure, you will never see her sweat – except after Jazzercise, where she does push-ups, planks and plies. Kate L. exudes a passion for Harry Potter, the beach, and crashing proms (a story to be shared over a cold beer), while continuing to wage a one-woman war against all condiments – especially the dreaded pickles. Her two children, Coen and Aria have not yet embraced the cause and have a deep affinity for ketchup.
